  • “ICE Contact” – Emergency contact chosen by the User.
  • “Trip Monitoring” – Tracking of the User’s journey.
  • “Incident Reporting Tool” – A platform feature that allows Users to report and view incident reports submitted by other Users.

3. Service Overview

We provide real-time trip monitoring and notify ICE Contacts if an anomaly is detected.

4. User Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate information.
  • Users consent to real-time location tracking during trips.

5. Data Retention

Trip data is stored for 24 hours, while emergency contacts remain on record until a User requests deletion.

6. Incident Reporting Tool

Users can report incidents such as crime, road hazards, suspicious activities, or emergencies through our Incident Reporting Tool. Reported incidents will be available for viewing by other Users to enhance community awareness and safety.

  • Users must submit accurate and truthful incident reports.
  • Cyber Chaperone reserves the right to moderate and remove false or misleading reports.
  • Incident reports will be stored and made available for a reasonable period for community reference.

We use encryption and access control to protect User data.
